CEREC uses CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology to digitally design your crown. When you receive a same-day dental crown, we will use the CEREC device to create a digital impression. The crown will then be designed and milled in a matter of minutes using this impression and a 3D model. Our team will then place the crown, check that it fits, and bond it in to place to complete your treatment.
